With your purchase, you are granted permanent, non-transferable usage rights to the media that we produce for you. This means you can use the media for your listing, personal brand/marketing, or social media. However, you are not permitted to sell, give, or transfer the media to others without our express written permission. If a third party is interested in purchasing or using the media, they must contact us. We are the owner of the copyright of all media produced.
Most other companies only allow you to use media while the listing is active, we go above and beyond by giving you much more extended usage rights compared to our competitors.
Below are some common scenarios and how the usage rights apply:
- Use the media for your listing on the MLS
- Use the media on third-party sites like Realtor.com or Zillow
- Use the media on your personal or business social media accounts
- Use the media in all print advertising/marketing
- Use the media for yearly recaps on social media
- Give the media to a homeowner who is selling the house for keep-sake memory purposes
You can not:
- Give, sell, or transfer the media to another home-services provider like a roofing company, cleaning service, stager, window company, or others
- Give, sell, or transfer the media to another real estate agent – Including the buyer’s agent – even if you no longer have the listing
- Give sell, or transfer the media to the homeowners who are selling the house if they intend to use the media to rent out or use the photos for any commercial purpose
- Sell the media to anyone
- Claim the media as something you produced
No, we have Supra lockbox access and can also use a contractor’s lockbox as long as you provide all alarm and door codes when booking an appointment.
We lock all doors and windows, turn off lights, and return home to the same condition it was in once the photoshoot is completed.
Payment is due at time of booking to secure your date and time. Paying online at the time of booking ensures prompt delivery of your finished photos. All orders must be paid in full before your photos can be released.
The fastest way to book an appointment with us is to book online. If you prefer, you can also contact us via phone or email.
Through our client center you will be able to create your own account, schedule shoots, access all of your previous photos, download files and make secure payments.
Depending on the services selected, photo-shoot duration will vary. As a general rule, most photo shoots take at least 30-90 minutes on site. We strive to deliver photos within 24 hours after the shoot to allow for processing.
Ideally 24 to 48 hours but the more notice you can provide the better. Feel free to schedule using our online calendar so you can check the availability of our photographers.
Within 24 hours after your shoot, we’ll upload them to a private gallery so you can view and download them. They will be ready for you to upload to MLS, FMLS, or any other sites.

If you booked online, simply go to your appointment and make the change to the new date and time. If the weather forecast is bad you will be given the opportunity to reschedule for the next available date at no cost. If you choose to proceed with the shoot as scheduled, regardless of the weather, please understand that we may have to come back for exterior shots and there will be an additional travel charge.
You can also reschedule by phone or text. If you need to reschedule and it’s not due to bad weather, please do so within 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
We can still produce great photos of a home that’s empty. In addition, we also offer virtual staging services as a great way to show the potential of a room without having to hire an actual stager and bring in real furniture.
We will deliver your photos to you within 24-48hrs from the shoot time the next day via a link to a private gallery. Saturday shoots will be delivered Monday morning. We try our best to deliver your photos within 24 hrs but due to high demand for our services sometimes it could take a little longer. We’ll provide you with an accurate turnaround time for your order once your shoot is scheduled.
